In china the google play for puchased app not work. you can only use a VPN to simulate that you are out of china.
With a vpn service you can buy and start applications from google play. (payed applications)

or complain with you country. the china not want that Chinese citizens buy from google play.

it work on mk808 and can work on all android devices.

But i want explain to all that many rockchip android mini pc have a fault wifi module and not good rom.

the only good android mini pc with dual core rockchip rk3066 cpu is only the Minix Neo G4 and the X5, all other have many hardware problems.

And if you experience same lag is because you have a bad bad wifi module.
