Conection between server (Lan) and client (wifi)

Hi, i own a android tv box with android 4.4.2 and i want to use this app to control it, i have installed the lastest versions or both server on the tvbox and the client on a smarphone both fully rooted. The thing is that the tv box only works with ethernet (rj45) and the smarphone with wifi both are under the same modem, i think they are properly configurated the port its the same but the issue its that when i click in the on button on the server it puts on green but in the client when searching it doesnt show anything.. i cant stablish conection between them.. could someone helpe me to fix it?? sorry for my bad english and thakyou very much!!

Try insert manually the ip that you see in the server when the button is green.

To be sure that both client and server are visible, try to ping both from a pc in the same network.

If you have problems try restart router.

I used your same configuration many times, it must work if you are on same router.
