Installation in windows 7 - video

hi im stuck on the installation. I successfully dowloaded
the drivers through command. Im running windows 7 32bit.
i do not understand what to do next however. Typing
droidmote doesnt start anything. There is no droidmote batch
file. Please help thanks

I cant see the typeface in that video unfotrunately. Also I did
download all the files from the downloads section

I've followed your video exactly, but when I get to installing the actual server, when I type in the command "droidmote 2302 password", it just waits and does nothing, does not load like how it shows in your video. I'm not a techie so I'm confused out of mind, sorry.

Be sure that you have installed well the drivers, and then click directly on droidmote.bat

I'm a novice user.Is there an easy way to install? Just download and run an *.exe file.
It's hard for me to understand what I see in the video?
