i changed the build.prop in both system and vendor and it seems to have fixed the issue. When I first read to change that I some how thought it was ment only for the Shield Pro with the HDD. So far so good... today

yes all occurences of foster_e in full_foster_e

inside build.prop that you find in system folder and inside build.prop that you find in vendor folder.


but i repeat, this was not necessary for me. but if you don't solve with automatic google play update, this change in build.prop can solve.

First let me say I'm glad to find you here after your thread on http://forum.xda-developers.com/ was closed. Thank you for making it possible to use your ROM. It was working great for some weeks but now I'm facing the same issue as it was described here in some postings: "Google play tells me the version is not compatible with your device. To fix this problem, go to Settings and uninstall updates for the Google Play Store App." I also find this Version 6.7.13 -xhdpi [8] 2920566 on my NDTV, tried to reinstall it several times, downloaded the apk from http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc ... -download/ but after some seconds I have this Version 6.7.13 -xhdpi [8] 2920566 again.

I'm already on the 3.2 update.

But there is a problem, i don't know what there is new.

The plex media server can be installed and works also on full android 1.2
we can mount nas as internal disks from many times in full android.
and we are based on android 6.0.1 instead the nvidia 3.2 update is still android 6.0

please let me know what we need from this update. i don't want work if we don't need nothing.

i will share the plex media server apk later on google plus. otherwise you can update the plex media server from stock 3.2 firmware and after get the apk from /data/app

you can add library to the plex media server on shield tv from the plex website.

P.S.
but for sure i will update the firmware later to have Dolby Atmos and HDR in Netflix and update the build.prop
should be a simple work replace only some audio video precompiled binaries.
