Can you please add to the kernel support for 360 xbox controllers?
Right now its possible to connect only one controller to device
In the official version i not change the kernel for compatibility reasons.
I don't trust the source code that Nvidia publish, some things are only inside the precompiled stuff.
For this reason the work on this firmware is extremely complicated and you see only one good full Android firmware worldwide.

I NEED everything of stock firmware but on a real and full version of Android because Android TV is garbage. this is my target.

But after we can create also custom kernels and all that we need.

For now i'm super concentrate to have everything of stock 3.2 inside full Android.

P.S.
In xda you can already find a custom kernel with the new 360 xbox controller drivers.

I am currently on full android version 5.1. I am wondering if there is any guide to upgrade from this version to 6.0? Thanks.

you must reinstall the stock firmware and proceed with automatic update. when you are on 6 you can install full android marshmallow.
or get the zip of last 3.2 OTA and install with TWRP, after you can install full Android 1.3

i don't know how many hours without interruptions has taken this work, the important fact is that we have an awesome full android 1.3 based on stock 3.2. i wanted finish the work before the weekend.

start from the 3.2 stock firmware ( you must start from the stock 3.2 to have the new kernel and ramdisk )
install the system and the vendor images with fastboot and after fastboot -w as always

this is the best marshmallow firmware compared to 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 full android, i named it full Android XP :) XP like eXPerience

P.S.
To install very fast the 3.2 stock firmware, you can also install the OTA zip via TWRP
( from any firmware you come and you must use the last TWRP for Marshmallow )

so after you can install very fast the new full Android 1.3
don't request the link of OTA to me, i grabbed the zip before the update. maybe on geforce forum you can find the link

Two things I'm confused about:
1) Do I install plex server if I want it or is it default installed ?
2) Where do I configure Nvidia Shield 3.2 to mount NAS/Windows shares in Full Android 1.3?

Plex can be installed directly from google play and to mount nas as internal disk there is a simple app better than stock situation. Read the previous posts.
With full Android you can do everything, but things that can be installed as optiotionals are not directly installed in the firmware because not all users need the same things.
