you not readed the previous posts ? we can do this easly and better than stock firmware, because we can chose also specific folders of the nas, have more options to mount a not standard nas and also run at start with a script. In this way the mount to the nas is more stable and fast and you can do everything also record the screeen of Shield Tv without interruptions. It's a shame since I can't use Plex Media Server without this feature, and I find CIFS awkward since it will disconnect after a reboot.
Is it possible to add this, or is it NVIDIA proprietary?
In case you don't want use the CifsManager app but a script, to start scripts at boot you can put it inside /su/su.d folder with the right permissions but there are also others tools to start scripts at boot.
