I'm looking in to the problem to understand, and it seems that the games where the mouse does not work on menu, are games ported hastily from another platform for example a game console or other OS like IOS, and not was optimized for android.
in other words, the developers did not want to work, but to make money, they hastily ported the game on android.
with disastrous results.

from version 3.1.6 of DroidMote Client and 3.0.1 of DroidMote Server for android you can use also this games with the new "TouchMouse" function.
