Droidmote Client Connection Issues.

Problem: Droidmote is not displaying a connection notification when client attempts to connect to windows server. But!!! The server registers the client being connected. Inspite of what the sever says, the client isn't showing the connected notification like it previously used to do, nor does the PC respond to any input from the client.

I have installed all the drivers on windows and ran troubleshooters on all of them; no issues were found.
I've double checked to make sure that the port and password match; they do.
I've reset by router a couple of times; still nothing. The client was able to connect just yesterday, but now is unable to work.
I've tried tethering my device to my computer, the result is the same. (rest assured, I ensured that IP's matched)
I have disabled any firewalls, and possible conflicting programs.

I am running:

Windows 7 64

Droid RAZR maxx HD, Android v4.1.1
Droidmote client v3.4.3

Please help!!! Im new with networking stuff... I think my may be misconfigured or something.

all servers was updated.
