Gamepad mode issue in Riptide GP

Riptide GP is having hardware controller and hence can be played with gamepad mode.

However, I am facing one issue. When I go to control settings of game, it indicates left as x- and right as x+. However, while playing game, I am not able to move left (x-) through gamepad control.
When I tried to remap it, moving gamepad thumb in either direction indicates x+ only. I can not get x-. Similarly for up and down. It only detects y+ but not y-.

On homepage, gamepad is working properly to navigate left, right, up and down.

What is solution?

do you have /system/usr/keylayout/droidmote.kl in the server side ?
