I am a purchased customer and really like this uniuqe app. HOWEVER, I was banging my head and wasted time to nail down the culprit of a serious issue. For some reason while the DroidMote Server - webserver is running, I was not able to manually install .apk files.
Seems like a bug that would be easy to fix.

When the server is active and you try to install a sideload apk the install button in the installation dialog box was disabled.
Is very easy to solve and this is not a bug of DroidMote but a security policy of Android to not permit to app that can draw on top of others to install things.
To click on the install button you can move on it with directional arrows in the second tab of client and press install with the center button or with the x button of the soft gamepad.
This is also written in the faq and if you solve, consider also the change of the vote in google play. thanks
