control touch with accelerometer to localhost server

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to connect from a client to the server on the same android 5.0 device?
And if so can it be used to detect spatial 2D motion by the accelerometer and translate this to a corresponding mouse motion on screen?
For example, 2 steps left get you 100pixels left? If not is there another app that can do this?

You can connect the client to server in the same device, but with this functionality you can forward only commands of an hardware controller from the client to server.
