My friend has a tablet and I'd like to help support. Used to use webkey.cc but no longer available. I know i can resort to a vpn on router, etc. but that is not feasible. Any other solution to make it easy to connect via cloud?

With DroidMote you can have only a remote mouse and keyboard and others input device.

you need another tool to see the screen of your friend.

But you can connect DroidMote to a remote public ip address, if you want.
