Hangs on android GV-13 4.0.4?

I have tried to install Droidmote server on my new Android TV box with android 4.0.4. It installs just fine but hangs evertime I try to start the server. It just says Application has stopped unexpectedly This is a new GV-13 like box with 1 GB DDR ram. Hope anyone has a solution to this.

Hangs on your device, not on Android 4.0.4. In Android 4.0.4 it work very well in many many devices.
Apert this puntualization.

What is your device ? a link for the specs.
have you the latest version 2.9.6 from the Google Play ?

Mine has slight higher specs with android 4.0.4 and 1GB DDR ram, othervise I think it is the same producer in China. I bought mine on ebay.
I think I have the latest, I downloaded today from Google play

Be sure to have root working well trying also other root apps.
Be sure to have busybox installed.
Update google play app.
Uninstall droidmote and reinstall.

If this not resolv your problem, try another rom from a device that is most similar to your.

Apart all this, if your device is an Allwinner a10 you need the uinput.
Read the FAQ nr. 31 if you not have the uinput

I got it rooted now, but it seems like when I use droidmote it sometimes hangs my wifi connection and only solution is to add old firmware and readd the rooted firmware? Anyone with experience with this?
