droidmote server for ubuntu 64bit?

Hello Droidmote forum!

Well this is my first post to this forum, but I want to start off by saying that I have tried droidmote for android and I love it! I installed droidmote server on my mk802II (which worked great, no customization needed) and then i installed droidmote client on my droid bionic phone (android 4.0.4) and it worked great as well.

Since it all worked so great with android i wanted to give it a try with linux. I downloaded droidmote-server-linux-v2.1.2.tar from the download section of this site, is this the correct file for linux x86?

Also has anyone tried this server for linux 64bit? If so how did it work out for you? Did it work?

I am really anxious to give this a try but i just wanted to hear your thoughts before i did...
