...I finally upgraded to 1.3. Seems more stable all over. I never could find variable to change for Cast name with command you said to try, but doesn't really matter.

With Kodi 17.1 there is sometimes crashes on startup with auto refresh media sources (clean install Kodi, no addons etc)

All in all this stock rom pretty awesome - google TV is so clunky to use

Hi Zulu - I noticed in your 6.01 Marshmallow release you had the following :
UVC Webcam video HAL (tested with Logitech C525 for video call in Hangout and Spype)

Does the webcam work in this latest Nougat release? I'd like to do video call in Hangout. Is the Logitech C525 the only webcam supported?

No in Nougat not works.
Nexus Player unfortunatelly have low hardwer specs, and in particolar only one GB ram that is not sufficient with all modern versions of Android. Therefore i don't lose so much time to add new options. This is the true.

Sure when the source code will be online.
Also because, looking the rubbish new launcher that is coming out, there is pratically no alternative than full Android.

Android TV is not more usable. Totally garbage

I have been using the full android marshmallow for a while now and I like it! Is it possible to have full screen mode in nougat without xposed?
